US & Canada Complete!

Our US-based fulfillment team really outdid themselves on this one! We have completed fulfillment for all of our US and Canadian backers!!!! You should all have your tracking number and many of you already have your notebooks in hand! If you live in the US or Canada and have not received a tracking number yet, please send us an email so that we can take care of you. 

Australia - All of our pallets have arrived in Australia and the stock has been counted and processed. We are just waiting for our place in the fulfillment schedule. We expect them to begin shipping orders within the next week. 

Europe and the Rest of the World - Unfortunately, our pallets bound for Europe got caught up in the worldwide shipping delay so we are still waiting for them to arrive at port. Unless there are further delays, we are being told that the pallets will arrive at our fulfillment center the first week of December. We apologize for this delay, we are at the mercy of this worldwide situation, and thank you for your patience. 

Thank you all so much for your patience as we finalize this fulfillment. We are so happy with how these journals came out and can't wait for you to get your hands on them. Once you see them in person, if you decide you want to get a few more for your players, DM and other party members, all of the Dungeon Notes products are now available in the US and Canada from our website, www.1985games.com. 

Shipping is Underway!

After a long and arduous ocean journey, our pallets have arrived in the US and Australia and fulfillment has begun! Even more exciting, we are pleased to announce that 50% of our packages have already been packed and delivered to the post office! 

If you live in the United States or Canada, you should be receiving your tracking number within the next week! Our Australian fulfillment partner has processed all of the Journals and Notes and will begin shipping those packages very soon!!

The boat is still on the way to our EU and UK fulfillment partners. We expect them to reach port within the next 2 weeks and will begin shipping as soon as the pallets are processed. 

Thank you for your patience through these months of shipping delays. We can't wait to get these into your hands and hear about all of your adventures!

Address Lock Incoming!

Hey, all!

As a quick follow-up to the great news found in last Friday's update, we wanted to let everyone know that we will be locking addresses in just under 24 hours.  You should have received an email directly from Backerkit this afternoon with information on how to make any last-minute address changes.  If not, please reach out to us at [email protected] ASAP and we'll get you taken care of.  If your address hasn't changed over the past few months, just sit back and relax—there's no action needed on your end. 

We'll have another update to share before your pledges actually hit the mail stream, but we wanted to quickly address one common question. Yes, you will receive an email with tracking information when your pledge is on its way! 

(How else would we know when to stare longingly at our mailbox?)

Freight Update (Lots of good news!)

Hey, everyone!

We're pretty excited to be wrapping up the week with the news that Dungeon Notes have officially arrived in Australia, and will be on their way out to all of our backers in the region as soon as they are processed.

The good news just keeps on coming with our new US port ETA of October 16th (Tomorrow)! It will take a little while to get the journals from the port to our fulfillment center, but it's major progress and we will keep you all up to date as things move forward.

For our UK, EU, and rest of world backers, your journals are in transit but not quite reaching port just yet. We'll be back with ETAs for all of you in the next week or so! 

Thank you all for your support, and we can't wait to hear all about all of your awesome campaigns with Dungeon Notes.

Journals are on the move!

Hi Everyone!

Thank you so much for your patience as we navigated the tricky world of overseas freight! We are ecstatic to announce that we have secured spots on ships for all of our fulfillment warehouses and as of Monday, they are on the water! We do not have a firm timeline right now for when our stock will arrive due to customs clogs and congestion at ports, but we are expecting them to arrive late next month. This means that we will be charging cards for shipping fees on Monday of next week. You will get the notification from Backerkit tomorrow and the action will happen on Monday morning. Once again, thank you so much for your patience during this incredibly difficult time with worldwide shipping operations.
